Membership Information
Eligibility Requirements. Each active member must actively practice estate planning or related subjects primarily in the Fox Valley region of northeast Wisconsin. Designations and licenses held for professions other than the member’s current estate planning practice shall not qualify. For example, an attorney who is not practicing law, but who is a life insurance professional, will not qualify unless that person also is a chartered life underwriter. Each active member must at all times be in good-standing with the governing body of his or her active profession.
