What Every Estate Planner Should Know About Social Security
Ruth M. Driscoll has 35 years of legal experience, almost entirely in estate planning, probate and retirement planning. She earned her JD, Certified Financial Planner®, Chartered Life Underwriter, and Retirement Income Certified Professional® designations. Ruth Driscoll frequently speaks around the country on issues surrounding estate planning and retirement planning, specifically Social Security and Medicare, to accountants, financial planners and their clients. She is also an Adjunct Professor at the American College.
Past experience includes in-house legal counsel at a Milwaukee Trust Company, Interim Director of Advanced Planning at Marquette University, and recently, a Director of Advanced Planning at Northwestern Mutual, all which helped her develop her skills and expertise in estate and retirement planning.
