This is an annual meeing for the entire membership to vote on revised Bylaws and any other business. It is scheduled to precede the regularly scheduled January lunch presentation.
A Copy of he Revised Bylaws will be sent to the entire membership prior to the meeting.
Membership will also vote on the slate of Directors
